To achieve a heart felt, full body orgasm (FBO) in your love life, you must break the myth that your goal is the climax.

"WHAT? Isn't that the point?" you say. The climax of the physical sexual act is not necessarily a full body orgasm. You may just be exercising the plumbing.
 

An FBO is a spiritual journey of discovery fulfilling the completion of the duality of our species by the unity of male and female beyond the limited physical body, sexual meaning. It is reaching self-actualization or self-transcendence. An FBO is the expansion of self with another in seeking transcendence to the spiritual realm of existence. (Further distinctions between climax and orgasm are described int "The FUll Body Orgasm of Life" section in the last chapter.)

It is a myth that the orgasm is the acme of the physical sexual experience only by ejaculation. By every Western definition you find this to be the case. In the discussion of the FBO in you must expand your mind and beliefs beyond what you have associated with sexuality. There countless writings, the Kinsey studies, the Hite report, and countless books on the subject discussing sexuality and the differences between male and female ejaculation as it relates to the orgasm. Orgasm does NOT equal ejaculation. A full body orgasm transcends sexuality and your physical existence.

Sexuality and the full body orgasm in the physical body is the culmination of mind, body, spirit unifying the split of humanity between the men and women. Coming into physical connection with your lover is bridge to the universe. You may find that it is your avenue to find and know God.

In relationship stagnation, there may be great love (philia or storge) but no Eros (e.g. a married couple becomes a brother/sister relationship). Eros is the bridge for the heartfelt love and pelvic sexuality or creativity. Sexuality is the ultimate expression and expansion of life force energy. This force is the expression of both consciousness and energy as it reaches for fusion or the unification of the male/female duality of human being. Although sexuality exists in all life forms, from protozoa to mammals, for humans consciousness has the power, through orgasm, to bring the transcendence of time, space, and duality. When it is unified with love in truth, consciousness plus source energy brings the full body orgasm fulfilment that soars beyond the limits of personal reality. To achieve full self-realization you must connect your sexuality physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Eros, love and sexuality are the most important aspects in what you call a "long term relationship" with any soulful activity, another person, and in any relationship including with self.
